    Description

    With the multi-channel heating controller frogHeat (supply: 110-240 V~), up to five thermal heating valves or electric radiators can be connected directly to 5 potential-free (in 3 galvanically isolated circuits) relay outputs. In addition, six outputs can be controlled virtually via the frogblue Bluetooth® mesh network, for example to control a thermal heating valve directly on the radiator using, for example, a frogAct1-1. Five pump circuits can be requested separately. This happens automatically, depending on whether one of the assigned valves is opened.


    Furthermore, a heating request is automatically triggered if a heating phase is detected in a heating circuit.


    If supported by the heating, you can also switch to cooling mode. For this purpose, a signal is sent to the heating and the control is adjusted accordingly.


    If the SET or ACTUAL temperature is not available, the frogHeat automatically switches to emergency mode and ensures that the temperature does not drop too much.


    To prevent the pipes from clogging, a flushing mode can be set that opens the valves repeatedly without switching on the heating.

    This device is a product of the frogblue system. Detailed technical knowledge acquired through frogblue training is required. The function of the device depends on the software. Detailed information on software versions and the respective range of functions can be found on the frogblue website. Technical descriptions, further detailed instructions and information on proper disposal can be found in the manual, which is available on the frogblue website. Commissioning and configuration is carried out using the frogblue app.
