How do I proceed in case of a complaint?
If you have a complaint, please contact support-intl(at)frogblue.com, stating your order number.
We will then inform you as soon as possible about the further procedure and, if necessary, send you a return label with which you can return the device to us free of charge - please do not send it back "just like that"!

Please use an outer carton or shipping package for the return.
